Down in North Philly another chapter in the movement to get kids to their local colleges continue with a big recruiting move. More and more schools were seeking former players to lead their programs, something almost antithetical to what was happening in football. And at Temple University, the small school on North Broad decided to try its hand at calling a leading man back home to the band.
